Finally in conclusion

So in the special dreams cited above we find that a common code is used, a knowledge of which transforms the dream content from being childish nonsense to a special teaching story,

Who does this? How does the dreamer know the code? This must be the working of Higher Mind. It is a universal code simply because it is the total life experience of organic life. it disseminates through its many projections which form the individual Higher Minds associated with individuals.

The Work entails stifling the outer individual so-called conscious mind so that it is able to first form a union, a symbiotic relationship, with the individual so-called unconscious mind, the individual Higher Mind. The resulting union of the outer and the inner individual minds then enables a bridge to be formed with Universal Mind. Or, better expressed, for us to become more aware of the existence of such a bridge. The individual Higher Minds of us all are already connected to the Universal Mind existing out of time and space. This is the Collective Unconscious of Jung. So perhaps we begin to see that Higher Mind including our connection to it through our individual mind is already fully functioning, but not in our conscious awareness. As Anne Gage puts it when she recalls a special conversation she had with an unnamed Indian on a special mountain in India:

"Has it ever occurred to you that you might have twin natures, a human and a Divine, a dwarf self and a God Self? Have you not considered that what you call "myself' is the lesser of these, and that you have totally ignored the Presence in you of the Greater?"

"Isn't that the teaching of the Buddha?"

"Yes, it is, and of Hinduism and Christianity also."

"I have never really thought of myself in that way."

"Then how could you realise that the whole destiny of man is to learn how to bring these parts of himself into union, and that the experiences of life teach him infinitely slowly and painfully, to make himself whole. Was it not Jesus who said 'Blessed is the man who knoweth the Word and hath brought down the Heaven and borne up the earth and raised it Heavenswards'? "

"I never realised that this was the meaning of earth and heaven?"7
