Dream 11 - The sand mountain
It was on January the 1st, 1961, New Years Day, that another special dream came. In the dream I was climbing a great sand mountain. As I climbed the sand fell away from me, so a great effort was needed to progress to a higher level. Every now and again there was a barrier that had to be climbed over. These barriers were made from large jagged sheets of thick plate glass with iron girders sticking out of the sand to support them. It was perilous to circunvent these barriers without getting cut.
As I slowly climbed higher, I found that at the very top there was a small open sided hut as a shelter and outside it was seated a hooded and cloaked figure in the lotus position and behind the figure a wooden cross.
The message of the dream was that I was now starting on a long journey with many hazards, but that the goal of the journey was to reach a place from which much if not all could be seen from a great distance, and also that that position once reached offered peace, calmness and security.
